【摘要】医学临床信息系统从概念到模型都来源于美国，这些概念和模型自然成为中国临床信息系统跟进的样板。但是中国的临床诊疗原型并不同于美国。文章分析了中美关于临床诊疗过程方面存在差异的基础原因，概括了中国特色的临床基本流程，认为：中国应该按照中国自己的临床基本流程，去研发适合于中国国情的临床信息系统。文章还提出了关于设计中国特色临床信息系统的几个关键问题。
【Abstract】The source of idea and pattern that is the Clinical Information System of Hospital, whole come from the United States. Naturally there is the idea and pattern become the example what Chinese CIS to study and follow with. But what the original form of Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment procedure is different from US is. This thesis was analysis the differential with China and United States what medical diagnosis and treatment procedure are, and described the flowchart of CIS it is the characteristic of China. It maintain China should be develop the CIS to fit China own require follow themselves clinical flowchart. It also bring forward the keys for design Chinese characteristic CIS.
目前，中国的临床信息系统应该是没有属于自己的特点。信息化本来就是舶来品，照搬先进国家的模式理属当然。我们并非想要表明国外的医学信息化模式不好，而是想说我们所要信息化的目标的特点与国外不同。一个国家临床信息系统的模式应该依据这个国家的临床医疗特点！现在中国的临床系统正值起步阶段，此时若能在概念和理论上深入探讨，或许能对今后的发展态势起到良好影响。
